The space The modern decor of this personal space is my own creation that shows cleanliness and orderliness that encourages guests to unwind. The space includes a full set of culinary utensils and appliances for your cooking requirements, a 50" TV with Netflix, and high-speed internet that supports work from home arrangements. The beds come with clean sheets and cozy mattresses. There are 4 sleeping areas in the apartment, including a large bed with a single pull-out bed and a sofa with pull-out bed (sofa-bed). Your clothes can be stored in the closet cabinet. Customizable workstations can also serve as vanity tables. Guest access Guest can access the entire condo, can cook, can do laundry with washing machine and small laundry rack in the area. ***PAY PARKING OPTIONS Rates: PHP 50.00 - First 4 Hours PHP 50.00 - Every Hour after or a fraction thereof PHP 300.00 - Overnight Fee (1:30AM to 6:00AM + parking fee; please advise the parking attendant if you intend to park overnight) PHP 200.00 - Lost ticket/Damaged Card Other things to note Check IN : AFTER 2:00 PM. No hanging and drying of clothes and other items in the balcony area as per SHORE Residences rule, penalty applies. 6. Please turn off the Aircon, TV and Lights when leaving the premises for an extended period. 7. Please respect the noise curfew. 8. Please lock the door each time you leave the unit. 9. Please take care of our sheets and towels. 10. Please take care of the furnishings. Any damaged items will be charged accordingly. 11. No rearrangement of the furniture 12. Please do your dishes and take the trash out before you leave. 13. Please avoid cooking food with distinctive & strong smell as per SHORE Residences rule.
