Cheerful private bedroom with new queen bed and dedicated bathroom. Use of kitchen, dinning area and family room. We have a nice outside patio with seating and fire pit. Wether you are coming or going the airport is only 20 min away. The home is tucked in a very quiet neighborhood. Close to freeway, gas stations and Walgreens for those last minute needs and a park 2 houses down. You’re welcome to use any of the common areas and your bathroom will always be stocked with extra towels. The space The house is very cheery and light but the bedroom does have black out curtains! It is very quiet here so if your looking for an overnight stay to get some sleep in between your travels this is a perfect place! The bedroom has a new queen size bed, ceiling fan, desk with chair and tv, as well as a full length mirror and closet space. I will provide lots of extra blankets, pillows, towels or what ever you need. We are between highway 65 and 70/99 and close to 80 and 5. ** Please note that the bathroom is a dedicated bathroom. I have 2 listing that both have use of the bathroom. So if the other room is not booked then the bathroom is all yours. If the other room is booked during your stay then the 2 rooms would both have use and access to it. It does have a lock on the inside and only one door that opens to the hall. And bedrooms are on each side of the bathroom. The bedrooms also have one door with lock that open to the hall. And an outdoor area to relax, grill and fire pit , yoga area or sundeck. Guest access I will provide a key for to you, but if I’m not going to be home, which is very rare, we have a Keyless entry that I could assign you a code. You would have access to all other areas of the house except for the master bedroom. Sorry that’s mine lol During your stay I work from home during the week and so I am happy to help you if you need anything! I do have a 2 year old golden retriever. She is a sweetheart. Other things to note I have 2 bedrooms listed for rent, so if the other room is also rented then the bathroom in between the rooms would be shared.
