Foosball, fireplace/barbecue under the veranda, children's play structure will make your moments unforgettable The space Welcome to Villa des Gones – A peaceful haven near Lyon Discover our sumptuous villa nestled in a 2,500 m² green setting, about twenty minutes from Lyon’s famous Place Bellecour. This charming residence is the perfect place to share unforgettable moments with family or friends, in a peaceful and intimate setting. The villa can accommodate up to 20 guests, and 16 people can stay overnight thanks to our five luxuriously decorated and tastefully furnished bedrooms, and our four single mattresses that can be placed wherever you want. A converted van with 4 beds offers the possibility of accommodating up to 20 people overnight, available upon request. Each room has a bathroom and a TV, and the house has four toilets. Our large, fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy in our spacious living room, around the large wooden table, or on one of our furnished terraces. Here, you can enjoy your meals while taking in the surrounding nature, in an intimate setting with no overlooking neighbors. Dive into our modular pool, covered or not covered according to your preferences, which we can heat up to 28° C on request (from April 1 to October 1), for moments of shared relaxation and fun. The sauna and spa are also at your disposal to offer you well-deserved moments of relaxation. Don't miss out on enjoying our petanque court for friendly games. Villa des Gones is a leisure paradise for all ages. Outside, children can have fun in the playground designed especially for them. Inside, young and old will find something to enjoy among our selection of board games, our foosball table, and our giant movie screen for memorable movie nights. For adults, our darts game guarantees challenges and a good time with friends. Located close to Lyon, the Villa des Gones offers the perfect balance between the tranquility of a natural setting and the city’s rich cultural and tourist offerings. Take the opportunity to explore the must-see attractions of Lyon and its surroundings, and return to recharge your batteries in your haven of peace. Upon request, we provide you with additional amenities to enhance your stay, such as a fully equipped barbecue, a fondue set, or a raclette set for the cooler evenings. We also offer a converted van for rent to increase the sleeping capacity to 20 people. Our team is at your service to meet your needs and make your stay unforgettable. Guest access You will be welcomed by the villa managers, who you can contact throughout your stay if needed. Other things to note - We provide you with all the necessary dishes. - We have a Nespresso-type coffee machine for single cups, as well as a coffee pot for larger groups. - We have an American-style fridge/freezer, where you can fill your glass with ice cubes (for "heavy" use of ice cubes, we still recommend that you get ice cube bags). - Linens and blankets are included, and the beds are made upon your arrival. - We do not heat the swimming pool from 1st October until 1st April. - You can order pastries (excellent!) from the local bakery for pickup. - Please feel free to ask us if you would like fresh eggs from our hens. - Bookings are made from 12pm to 12pm. - You have the option to extend your stay upon request. - The villa can accommodate up to 30 people during the day. - We have four bedrooms equipped with a double bed, as well as a studio with a double bed and a single mattress on the mezzanine, plus a sofa bed downstairs. That is, sleeps 13 comfortably. We can also add three additional single mattresses in the bedrooms wherever you like, making 16 beds. - Our converted van, for an additional fee, has a double bed at the bottom and a small double bed at the top, which we recommend you keep for two small people. - We would like to inform you that pets are unfortunately not allowed in our villa. - Parties are not allowed to respect the neighborhood
