Foosball, fireplace/barbecue under the veranda, children's play structure will make your moments unforgettable The space Welcome to Villa des Gones - A peaceful haven near Lyon Discover our sumptuous villa nestled in a green setting of 2500 m2, about twenty minutes from the famous Place Bellecour in Lyon. This charming home is the perfect place to share unforgettable moments with family or friends, in a peaceful and intimate setting. The villa can accommodate up to 30 guests for a friendly event and 16 people can spend the night thanks to our five luxuriously decorated and tastefully furnished bedrooms, and our four single mattresses to arrange wherever you want. A van equipped with 4 beds offers the possibility to accommodate up to 20 people for the night, available on request. Each room is equipped with a bathroom, and a TV, and the house has four toilets. Our large, perfectly equipped kitchen is ready to welcome you to prepare delicious meals to enjoy in our spacious living room, around the large wooden table, or on one of our furnished terraces. You will enjoy your meals while enjoying the surrounding nature, in an intimate setting and without being overlooked. Immerse yourself in our modular pool, covered or uncovered according to your preferences, which we can heat up to 28°C on request (from April 1 to October 1), for moments of relaxation and shared pleasure. The sauna and spa are also at your disposal to offer you well-deserved moments of relaxation. Don't miss out on our petanque court for friendly games. Villa des Gones is a leisure paradise for all ages. Outside, children can have fun on the playground designed especially for them. Inside, young and old will find their happiness among our selection of board games, our foosball table and our giant movie screen for memorable movie nights. For adults, our darts game guarantees challenges and good times with friends. Located close to Lyon, the Villa des Gones offers the perfect balance between the tranquility of a natural setting and the cultural and tourist richness of the city. Take the opportunity to explore the must-see attractions of Lyon and its surroundings, and come back to recharge your batteries in your cocoon of serenity. Every morning, enjoy an authentic experience by collecting fresh eggs from our six hens. A warm and friendly moment, ideal for starting the day off right. On request, we provide additional amenities to enhance your stay, such as an Italian ice machine, a fully equipped barbecue area, a fondue set, or a raclette set for cooler evenings. Our team is at your service to meet your needs and make your stay unforgettable. Guest access You will be welcomed by the villa managers, who you can contact throughout your stay if needed. Other things to note - We provide you with all the necessary dishes. - We have a Nespresso coffee machine for cup by cup, as well as a coffee maker for larger groups. - We have an American-style fridge/freezer, where you can fill your glass with ice cubes (for "abundant" use of ice cubes, we still advise you to take ice packs). - Linens and blankets are included and beds are made upon arrival. - We do not heat the pool from October 1st to April 1st. - You can order from the local bakery, pastries (excellent!) to pick up. - Don't hesitate to ask us if you want fresh eggs from our chickens. - Bookings are made from 12 p.m. to 12 p.m. - You have the option to extend your stay on request. - The villa can accommodate up to thirty people during the day. - We have four bedrooms equipped with a double bed, as well as a studio with a double bed and a single mattress in the mezzanine, then a sofa bed downstairs. Sleeps 13 comfortably. We can also add three extra single mattresses in the rooms where you want, or 16 beds. - Our converted van, in addition, has a double bed at the bottom and a small double bed at the top, which we advise you to keep for two small people. - We would like to inform you that pets are unfortunately not allowed in our villa.
