The Blue House with Water Views

Incredible water views, and a reserve frontage - with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we are well set up for families. Walk to the beach, the playgrounds, tennis courts. We are located a 2 minute stroll from the shops, restaurants and skate park! Perfect for families of all ages. Watch the kids playing in the estuary from the kitchen window, borrow the kayaks, or walk across the peninsula to the white sands of Pauanui's famous surf beach. Making memories has never been so easy. The space Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and living room. There are 2 large sofas and a couple of bean bags, a TV and stunning views. There is a small balcony from which you can sit and watch the boats, the children playing or the sunset. And a second small balcony on which we keep our large gas bbq. The kitchen has an airfryer, rice cooker, toaster and coffee machine as well as the usual oven, hob, microwave and fridge etc.. We have just installed a large heat pump to cover the open plan area with hot or cold air as required! Downstairs there are 3 good sized double bedrooms. The master has a king size bed and an ensuite as well as views of the reserve and water. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed whilst the other has a bunk bed. The bunk bed has foam mattresses and would suit children. We do not recommend the bunk bed for adults. All 3 bedrooms open onto our small decked outdoor area. There is also a laundry downstairs with top of the range top loadunh washing machine and an outdoor shower. Between the upstairs and the downstairs is the fourth bedroom and third bathroom. The extra bathroom on this floor is super useful. The bathroom is complete with toilet, sink and shower. Outside there is a washing line, a hose for feet and kayaks and a large outdoor cupboard. The decked courtyard has a gate leading straight out onto the reserve and path to the water.
