It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a spacious living room, LVP floors, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private deck. Next door, you have semi-private access to a pool with a waterslide and hot tub. You can enjoy relaxing poolside or soaking in the hot tub after a day of fun at the beach. Please note the AirBnB rental is the house next door to the pool. The space This bright and cozy home in a quiet cul-de-sac is a great place to relax with your family and your favorite pet. Strong reliable WIFI for working from your "home" away from home with the family! Enter the house from the side door, convenient to the driveway which can easily accommodate four vehicles. Go through the bright and cheery Entry Hall/Laundry Room to the kitchen equipped with an island counter for up to four adults to enjoy morning coffee or the corner bench/table which can seat four. A full-size refrigerator, with a freezer, an oven with a range, a microwave, dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with a drip coffee maker if you are making coffee for the whole gang, or Keurig Coffee Maker if you are the lone coffee drinker in the gang. There is also a blender for mixing up tropical beach drinks. (This is vacation after all.) To the left is the sliding glass door to the deck, with a table, chairs, and umbrella for outdoor meals and relaxing. There is also a gas grill and prep table on the lower patio. If you go right from the kitchen, you are in the beachy bright family room, with three couches, with a 65-inch smartTV, equipped with an Amazon Fire TV. Adjacent to the Front Door is the main closet with games and beach goodies. Beware of the sharks that live in the curtains in the Family Room! Make a quick right turn out of the Family Room and you are in the Master Suite, featuring a queen size bed, and dresser space for unpacking. and a 20-inch television with an Amazon Fire TV hooked up, and access to Amazon Prime, ESPN+, YouTube, and DirectTV. You will also have access to a Double Door Master Closet. The Master Bathroom has a shower and jacuzzi tub. If you go left through the Family Room there is a Hallway leading, first to a full bathroom and then to the left is the Kids Room, complete with a twin bed (and twin trundle bed underneath), and dresser space. The Owners Closet is located in the Kids Room. In the kids room, there is also a white storage cube with games, puzzles, and books. A right turn brings you to the Front Bed Room, with queen size bed, dressers for unpacking, and a 20-inch television with an Amazon Fire TV hooked up, and access to Amazon Prime, ESPN+, YouTube, and DirectTV. The room also has an ample closet. The semi-private pool next door (shared with the owners only, private use available) is 18x36, with a waterslide suitable for adults. Deep end of the pool is ~9 feet deep. There's a poolside basketball net to shoot at, pool toys, and a 7 person hot tub. The beach is a short car ride away. You can either go to downtown Rehoboth Beach and all the fun that the shops and the boardwalk have to offer, or go where it is a bit less crowded. If you drive a few more minutes down to Delaware Seashore State Park, boasting six miles of ocean and 20 miles of bay shoreline. The dynamic Indian River Inlet connects the Indian River and Rehoboth Bays with the Atlantic Ocean and is the epicenter of the park’s many activities. A beach lies on either side of the inlet, welcoming anglers and beachgoers who stay for the day. More than seven miles of trails welcome hikers, bikers, and birders. Other things to note Pool open May - September. Pool is not heated but a solar cover is put on daily to bring it up to ideal temperatures quickly in May. No dogs are allowed in the pool area.
