Contact me for more info. // Cozy and spacious room with king size bed in cats occupied house located in a quiet neighborhood close to the airport ⦁ Dublin Airport - 15 mins by car/taxi ⦁ City Center - 30 mins by car/ 15 min by train / 30 min by bus No. 15 or H1 The space There is smart TV in the room. Main bathroom will be shared with my housemate. Super fast broadband in the house and Wi-Fi coverage is perfect. Guest access Welcome to my home :) Below are just a few house rules to be followed during your stay. Very important - Guests have own kitchen cabinets in the kitchen to place food, if any. Guests have first shelf in the fridge for own food, if any. Guests can use the kitchen. Make sure to turn OFF toaster after use. Guests who are staying longer period can use kitchen utensils/hob/toaster to prepare very simple meals until 9 p.m. Please close the kitchen door while cooking and turn on the kitchen hood. Do not open any window wide as kittens can sneak out. Do not feed or give any food to the cats, even if they look at you with cutest eyes ever. :) Guests cannot use the living room. No parties. No any other people/guests allowed. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. No smoking in the house. Property is not suitable for very young children and infants. 💦💦IMPORTANT - Be mindful with consumption of hot water during the shower, as this house is not a hotel and hot water is limited.💦💦 🚨🚨Make sure the your bedroom door closes properly, don't shut them carelessly🚨🚨 Be careful not to let the cats run out when you are EXITING/ENTERING the main door. Always check/lock the door before leaving the house and after coming home. Those are just small things, making a big difference. If you have any other concern, let me know. Thank you! I am giving you all the privacy you need, but of course, if you need some company and want to chat, I am here :) Other things to note Please note that there are 4 cats living their best life in this house. If you are allergic and / or do not like cats or animals, this probably isn't the place for you. However, if you do like cats, this is a place you must visit as there is so much fluff to cuddle and so many bellies to rub. Not suitable for children and infants.
