We rent out this great place to stay during the summer period. The house is close to Alkmaar and is within cycling distance of the beach, the Geestmerambacht, a swimming pool, a playground, the center of Alkmaar and many other activities. There is a supermarket and snack bar within walking distance. The house has refrigeration, 2 bathrooms, a large living room and dining kitchen, 4 bedrooms and a large garden with veranda, sandpit, hot tub, trampoline and barbecue. Two house cats occasionally come to beg for some food. The space The accommodation is an energy-neutral home that we have renovated ourselves in 5 years. The house has cooling through the floor (and of course heating). There are 2 bathrooms, a large living room and dining kitchen (equipped with every comfort), 4 bedrooms, a large (play)attic and a large garden with veranda, sandbox, playhouse, trampoline and barbecue. Two house cats occasionally come to beg for some food. In the yard, there are 2 driveways for cars, 1 with a charging station. The small shed is usable for storing bicycles.
