KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES: The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals. There is a gas hob, oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine/dryer & dishwasher to make sure your stay is as relaxing as possible. BATHROOM: There is a large bathroom which is equipped with a toilet, sink and a HUGE bath, with overhead rainfall shower, there is a separate toilet by the living area. PARKING: Private off road parking is provided at the top of the access lane to the property. We can accommodate two small vehicles or one larger van - please check with our team ahead of your stay. Other things to note EXTERNAL STEPS TO ENTRANCE: Whilst the property is located across one floor, guests should note that there are number (13) external steps to climb to enter the property RULES: *Parties are not permitted at this property. *Violating house rules, including hosting parties, will result in immediate eviction without a refund, your deposit may be used towards the extra costs in removing you. Quiet hours after 10 pm must be respected in this quiet area *Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A £1,000 fee will be charged for cleaning and damage if evidence of smoking is found to cover the associated cleaning and damage to the property. *Loud music, parties, and indoor smoking will trigger immediate eviction due to our noise and air monitoring systems. *For stays over a week, additional housekeeping is available for an extra fee. Completion of our online check-in form is required, including agreement to our T&Cs, providing a UK photo ID or passport, and a £200 card pre-authorisation for potential damages. No charges will be made unless there is evidence of damage, loss, or rule violations at checkout. PARKING: Private off road parking is provided at the top of the access lane to the property.
