Boasting beautiful water views from the living, dining, undercover balcony and the main bedroom, this home is the ultimate lake retreat. With everything you need for a weekend, a week or longer away from home, it is the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The space This 3 bedroom home is located in the small lakeside suburb of Arcadia Vale, 1 and half hours from Sydney. Just a short drive away from shops and the Wangi Workers club. It is perfect for families or groups looking to explore the area, unwind while enjoy the views, relaxed walks, fishing, boating, and more! As you arrive, you are welcomed by beautiful gardens. The front balcony has a BBQ, perfect to cook up dinner! The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, air fryer, and coffee machine. It has everything you need to cook up a storm. The heart of the house is the beautiful living area, with 180-degree views of the lake. This living area is air-conditioned, with a large Smart TV and dining table to seat 6 people. There is also a gas fireplace, arcade game machine, books, and board games to enjoy. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and vanity, with a second toilet located in the laundry which has a washing machine and dryer. Bedroom 1: King bed with ceiling fan and lake views Bedroom 2: Two King Single beds with ceiling fan Bedroom 3: Tri-bunk (Double bed on the bottom, single bed on the top) with ceiling fan, air conditioning, and TV Netflix and Prime are provided. You can watch on the Wangi Views profile. Please do not log our account out so that future guests can utilize the service. Thanks in advance Guest access Parking is available in the driveway and on street. The garage is not available for guest use. Other things to note The Neighbourhood: Arcadia Vale is a quiet lakeside suburb located near Wangi Wangi. It is a short walk down to the waterfront reserve and playground for kids, or take a leisurely stroll along the lake's edge to the Wangi Workers Club for dinner and entertainment or a walk further along the water to the small shopping Centre opposite the Wangi RSL where there is an IGA, Bakery, Pizza Shop , takeaway shop, and cafe. There are also plenty of nature walks around the lake to enjoy the tranquil views and the Watagan Mountains are a short drive away. The boat ramp is just a 4-minute drive away in Wangi Wangi. Getting Around: Public transport is available but limited, the best way to get around is by car. Other Things to Note: Wi-Fi, Netflix and Prime are included. Maximum number of guests is 7. A Highchair and Portable cot/sheets are available on request. This self-contained home is booked exclusively for your use. It is professionally cleaned and prepared just before your stay. All beds are made with quality, fresh hotel grade sheets. Bath towels, with hotel amenities are included in the rate to make your stay easy. We also include tea, coffee pods and the kitchen is well stocked with spices, glad wrap, dishwashing tablets etc. We have contactless check-in and check-out to help you have a Safe-Stay. We have a strict no party policy, all loud music must cease by 10pm- please be mindful of the neighbours as we follow a good neighbour policy in regard to noise and behaviour. A security camera may also be located at the front of the property, but this is not monitored unless a concern is raised by the neighbours or community. Please note that you will be required to complete a check-in form before check-in.
