Adventurer's Paradise

Josh and I have a modern and clean down stairs lock off only 3 blocks from downtown. The space is all yours with a private entrance with parking. We are in the center of Colorado's mountain biking community with a 100 miles of single track. Also just down the interstate from Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. The views alone are worth the visit! Reminder: This is the mountains. The entrance is well lit and shoveled but plan on dirt and snow. It comes with the territory! Lic. #006688 The space The guest space is on the first floor of our 3 story home. It does require outdoor steps to access the private entrance. The home was built in 2008 but sat empty and not finished until 2016 when we purchased it. We have slowly been working on making it our dream home. Guest access The guest space is on the first floor and it requires you walk down outside steps to get to the private entrance. The gravel parking is enough for 3 cars and just south of our driveway. We live in the mountains. It is a short walk to the entrance but it is in snowy and ice conditions at times. We shovel and put down ice melt but it will always be mountain outdoor conditions from the parking spot to the front door. To get in: There is a parking pad just south of the drive way and it is the easiest way to access the lock off. Park there and enter the side yard through the gate. Follow the pavers and go down the paver steps toward the back of the house. Exit the fence and the door is on your right. Other things to note We love animals and we are happy to host you and your furry friends. Please know that the dogs can't stay alone in the home. We are happy to recommend a great doggy daycare.
