Cellular service can get a little spotty near the home so make sure the GPS has the directions locked in before you are 5-10 minutes from the house. Charleston is in the process of re-paving and adding sidewalks to the roads in the area. PARKING The driveway is large enough for 4 standard vehicles. Please do not park on the gravel area of the driveway and leave room for vehicles to get in and out of that area. ENTRY Your code will be provided after booking. Codes are changed after every guest. BEDS All mattresses are high quality and either memory foam or a spring hybrid - Bedroom 1: King - Bedroom 2: King - Bedroom 3: Queen - Bedroom 4: Queen - Bedroom 5: Queen - Pack n Play available KITCHEN - Fully stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances (convection oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, & microwave) - Drip coffee machine - Water kettle, toaster, and basic cooking utensils - Dishes & silverware for 10 AMENITIES - We provide basic amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash can liners, laundry and dishwasher detergent, towels, coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, cooking oil, and salt & pepper. THINK OF THESE AS "STARTER KITS" - Highly recommend you bring extra items or personal preferences if you would like. - Sound machines are provided in the lower bedrooms for guest usage and an air purifier is provided in the house for guest usage as well. THE LOCATION The house is located on a quite road off the Western most road on James Island with ease of access to Folly Rd which is the main road through James Island and many of the local attractions. HEATING & COOLING The central air and heating is in the upper level hallway and controlled by an Amazon Smart Thermostat. The lower bedroom on the East wing of the house each have dedicated mini-split systems that can be controlled by remote controls that are on the wall in each room. Directions on how to control the mini-splits can be found in the House Manual. INTERNET High-speed! 300Mbps+ that is suitable for multiple people streaming videos, remote work, surfing the web, and answering emails. OUTDOOR SPACE Fire table, screened in porch, patio furniture, and string lights are for your enjoyment! We do share this home with other bugs and mosquitoes. We provided Super Screen mesh on the screened in porch to keep the tiniest of bugs out but recommend bug spray if sitting outside the screened in porch! The nicely sodded and flat yard provides the perfect space for bocce ball and other yard games. THINGS TO DO Please refer to the guest guidebook link in the "House Manual" section of this listing for a list of local attractions and things to do. SECURITY The front door has a smart lock where guests can gain access with the last four digits of the booking person's phone number. The are 3 other exterior door that should remain locked at all times. The door to the rear porch has a code as well that can be provided in the event that the front door lock fails for any reason.
