This special cosy apartment is located close to everything (5-minute walk from train station), making it ideal for exploring the city. The place is decorated with care to make you feel like at home, and our attention to detail will add an extra touch to make your stay pleasant. Situated at the lowered ground floor/basement of a historical building, the apartment fearures high ceilings, uncovered to display the original brickwork. This contributes to the unique atmosphere of the place. The space The apartment is a large studio of 38 square meters, where only bathroom is separated from the other areas, giving it a very spacious feel. It was decorated with a sense for detail to give it a cosy vibe and to create a unique home-like atmosphere. You will sleep on a queen size bed with a comfy mattress. A sofa that can be unfolded into a double size bed is available as well, so the apartment can host up to 4 people. You will be provided with fresh bed linen, a set of towels for each person, selection of shower gels, shampoos, cooking essentials, some snacks, soft drinks, as well as brochures about city with maps. You can use self check-in and check-out, which allows you to arrive and leave at any convenience. Kitchen equipment available: stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, basic cooking equipment, recycling bins for plastic, paper and glass. Bathroom/hygiene equipment: hair dryer, washing machine with detergent and fabric conditioner, drying rack. Other equipment available: board games, books, bluetooth speaker, TV with local channels, weights for exercising, yoga mat. Parking is available in the street outside of the apartment. It is paid Mon-Fri 8:00 - 24:00, 2 euros per hour. The rest of the time it is for free. It can be paid via app, text message, or with a card in the street parking machine. Guest access You will have the entire place for yourself. To access the place you will have to walk down one flight of stairs. The city bus station is 2 km away and can be reached with a direct bus connection (lines 21, 40, 42, takes 10 minutes).
