Drive YOUR Motorhome ( THERE IS NO MOTORHOME OR RV TO STAY IN, YOU DRIVE AND STAY IN YOUR OWN- ( the airbnb site description says bedroom 3 and it wont let me take that off for some reason, user error, you drive your home on wheels, we do not provide shelter or restrooms) NO HOOK UPS HAUL IN/ HAUL OUT LIKE BOONDOCKING) to a large space room for your boat,etc. Beautiful views of the back of Grand Canyon mountains in a Joshua Tree forest Star stage, picnic table bbq, bench swing, fire pit. The space A large space for your motor home large or small, room for toys and or hauled vehicle. Pic nic table, bbq, lit paths to star gazing stage, camp fire circle , bench swing. Amazing sunsets,full moon rising, stars abundant. Noise and light ordinance 930p.m. to 630a.m. Dirt roads to go for a stroll. Our house is in front, west, of our land youll park your motorhome on. Please note: there is no tents allowed. Use the restroom in your motorhome. Do NOT dump any sewage or leave trash, food, dog stuff, or ashes ( there is an ash can and shovel for ashes before you call it a night or pour water and clean ashes in a.m.) BBQ grill has utensils, host will clean. Try to remove sauces etc. From grill- while still hot, put half cut onion on bbq fork and clean grill). You will be Secluded, quiet, safe, free range cows roam by periodically. We have coyotes, bats, snakes, spiders, ants, bees here,like anywhere. Have fun, rock out. Smoke only by fire pit. ( or in your motorhome). Relax, enjoy. Be in awe at the views, sunsets, moon rising and massive stars, see shooting stars!! Keep dogs on leash. Children supervised. Off road vehicles operated by 25 and older whilst on property and dirt roads, drive slow to wash. Please conduct with safety first in all activities please, hospital is hour and twenty away and the helivac is $$$$$$!!! Cell service is wonky. No wifi. Generators must be quiet or we will have you turn off. Any questions, any time text or call us! Please leave all natural things as they are, no souvenirs, even rocks. We really want you to feel comfortable and return many times over years, so we can be friends and you can have your 'own' place in Meadview to enjoy, with all the conveinance to fun and family recreations and your own home on wheels with your stuff with in, its a perfect spot! Plus, really cool hosts!! You may have more than one motorhome, but each one must book separately. Thank you! Rebecca and Robert Guest access Youll just be on the west side of our property, on an open and huge space where you park your motorhome and the three designated well lit pathwaysto the star stage, campfire area and bench swing as well as the driveways that extend from end to end of property. Gated area is private and land in front of the house (east). Other things to note Your motorhome you park , there is not one already here to be in. No hook ups. Haul in/ haul out. Rv public sewage and water fill station about 7 miles north. Gas and propane, restaurants, bar, family dollar too. no wifi No Markets, shop ahead.
