The Rooms: Two Rooms Sleeps NINE! The House: Top floor is unfinished. The Yard: Really just for parking or sitting out on a chair to take in the ocean view. The Pool: Above Ground Pool with deck half way around it. Nothing fancy, but cools you off on a hot day. The Area: Boston Beach and Jerk Centre are both at the foot of the hill. Going down is fine. The space This space is our two lovely rooms combined to accomodate large groups. Each room has an upgraded private bathroom with a refrigerator, microwave and hot water kettle in suite. One room overlooks the pool and the other room has an unfettered view of the ocean. Both rooms have covered access to the patio and the pool. Guest access Guests will have access to the front yard, the pool, and the patio. Other things to note (1) Portions of the Public Road coming up the hill to the Property is unpaved and very rough. However, small cars with no 4 wheel drive make it up and down the hill all the time with no issues. (2) Our internet is good and available in the room and on the patio. We use it daily for streaming, virtual schooling, and remote working. However, like many internet services, the internet can be affected by service provider issues, inclement weather, etc. (3) There is no stove for cooking meals, but there is a microwave in the room. (4) The following are provided at an additional fee listed below: (a) Laundry Service (Wash and Dry) - $15 per load. (b) Transport to/from Airport and/or area attractions. Price varies and must be arranged prior to date transport is needed. (c) Early Check-In (if available) - $10 per hour up to 2 hours and must be arranged prior to the day of arrival. (d) Late Check-Out (if available) - $10 per hour up to 2 hours and must be arranged prior to the day of Check-Out.
