The living area includes two sofas - one three seat and one two seat sofa, a smart television and a dining table with four chairs. Kitchen includes a new electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, small fridge freezer and cooking utensils. There is electric heating throughout the property which is on a timer system. Off street parking is available. We do allow one house trained dog in the property. Guest access The entire flat is yours with a communal entrance and external door shared with one other flat.
