This spacious, light, gorgeous five-bedroom house is three blocks from Ford’s new MI Central Station and Corktown, and a mile-ish from downtown, Midtown, arenas, and casinos (an easy ride on our complimentary bikes). One suite (Phoenix) has two bedrooms, one bath, a full kitchen, living room, library, and private deck. The apartment (Garden) is a one-bedroom efficiency with bath and kitchenette. The second-storey suite (Sunset) has two bedrooms, one bath, full kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, and balcony. The Phonix and Sunset are connected in that they share a foyer. The Garden apartment is connected via outdoor paths from the front and back. The private balcony has a grill, and there's a second grill in the back yard. There’s also a fire pit and cut wood you’re welcome to use for a bonfire. Street parking is plentiful and never an issue. Uber and Lyft are usually very prompt, and most venues downtown are $8-10. Spin, Bird & Lime e-scooters can also be found in the neighborhood in season. Other things to note No smoking indoors, of any kind. Stinky. No pets. No film crews. No parties. Two suites have fully stocked, ready-to-rock kitchens. If you love to cook, we got you! Gas stove, oven, dishwasher, pots, pans, bowls, cups, glasses, dish & tableware, spices, coffee, tea - all the necessaries. Also coffee machine, blender, teapot, salad shooter, church key, whirly pop for popcorn, rolling pin, serving utinsels. We hope you’ll find many amazing firsthand experiences in Detroit, but as a last resort, there are smart TVs with Netflix, HBO, Prime, and all the usual suspects, in each suite. There is a VR headset in the Phoenix. You'll have your own dedicated washer and dryer on the second floor. The space isn’t really childproof or pet friendly.
