Centrally located within 3 min walking distance to Villa Maria metro station, which will put you a few stations away of major universities and downtown. Apt located on 2nd floor, guests need to use stairs. The space Please note apartment located on second floor, guests must use stairs. Great apartment that suits 1-2 guests but as well as up to 6 guests of same group only, we do not share this apartment with guests from different group. Important to note the following: This apartment will not be shared by guests from different groups, only by the ones on the same reservation. So your privacy is guaranteed. Basic rate covers reservation for 1-2 guest only, with access to 1 bedroom, the rest of the apartment including kitchen, toilet and living room. If the reservation is for group of 1-2 guest, the remaining 2 other bedrooms will not be accessible.
