Location in Stary Gierałtów – surroundings of Stronia Śląski, Bielic, Czarna Góra -Sienna. The house is located away from the main road, directly on the Biała Lądecka River, surrounded by old trees, with a large green area around. A great place to relax in peace and quiet, overlooking the river and the nearby mountains. Great for one or two families. The space Two independent apartments (each rented separately or together - as an entire house) connected by a common terrace. Maximum number of people in each apartment - 6. Both parts have the same layout of rooms: 2 bedrooms on the first floor, a living room with a kitchenette-dining room and a bathroom on the ground floor. In the living room, a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, induction hob. Bathroom with shower. Large, partially covered terrace with southern exposure overlooking the Biała Lądecka River. Underfloor heating throughout the house. Here we book an apartment with a west-south exposure - "Moment". In the second announcement, you can book an apartment with an east-south exposure - "Moment". Other things to note The nightly price for one apartment is for 4 people, Price for each additional person - 90 zł / person (maximum 6 people in the apartment). Winter holiday minimum stay is 3 nights, summer vacation 5 nights.
