Located in Stary Gierałtów - near Stronie Śląskie, Bielice, Czarna Góra-Sienna. The house is located away from the main road, directly on the Biała Lądecka river, surrounded by old trees, with a large green area around. A great place to relax in peace and quiet - with a view of the river and nearby mountains. Perfect for one or two families. The space Two independent apartments (each rented separately or together - as a whole house) connected by a common terrace. The maximum number of people in each apartment is 6. Both parts have the same layout: 2 bedrooms upstairs, a living room with a kitchenette-dining room and a bathroom downstairs. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, induction hob. Bathroom with shower. Large, partially covered terrace with southern exposure and a view of the Biała Lądecka river. Floor heating throughout the house. Here you can book an apartment with a west-south exposure - "Chwila". In the second ad you can book an apartment with an east-south exposure - "Moment". Other things to note The price per night for one apartment is for 4 people, Price for each additional person - 90 PLN / person (maximum 6 people in the apartment). Winter holidays minimum stay is 3 nights, summer holidays 5 nights.
