Welcome to our modern apartment "Habitat"! Up to 5 people can sleep comfortably here, in 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds and generous storage space. The fully equipped kitchen and coffee machine make for a perfect breakfast. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed and dining table to relax and enjoy. The fast Wi-Fi and the smart TV with NETFLIX complete the offer. Your safety is important to us, so the stairwell is video monitored. The space Welcome to the "Habitat" apartment! Located on the 2nd floor on the left side of an apartment building, the apartment offers two living rooms. In the first room there is a double bed with wardrobe and in the second room another double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. The bright bathroom has a shower with glass partition. The apartment is comfortably furnished and decorated in earthy colors, the floor is a vinyl design floor in wood look. In the living room, there is a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi (120 Mbits). The new kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic stovetop and refrigerator as well as a filter coffee machine, salt, sugar and baking paper. The balcony is accessible from the kitchen area. The staircase is video-monitored for added safety. We look forward to your visit! Please indicate the number of guests and sleeping preferences when booking. Guest access In the "Habitat" we offer you a keyless access system for the front door and the apartment door. We use the Nuki Smart Lock, which works fully automatically and sends you access codes by email one day before your check-in. These can be conveniently set up via the Nuki app on your smartphone. A pin code is also included in the email to open the apartment door. Please note that access to the front door must be set up in advance with the invitation code from Nuki to get into the house. Other things to note Please note that in the "Habitat" the apartment is only provided for the booked number of guests. Before booking, we will ask you about your sleeping preferences. If more guests move into the apartment than booked, the lease will be automatically terminated. Please also note that the apartment is not suitable for parties. Long-term tenants also live in the house, so it is important to keep the room volume down from 10:00 pm. In the event of violations of these regulations, we reserve the right to terminate the lease prematurely.
