Minerva Studio Apartment is an elegant 46m2 Open Space located on the fifth floor of one of the most modern (built in 2022), central and well-served buildings in the city, in the most characteristic and traditional district: Trastevere. In fact, staying in this area will allow you to live an authentic Roman experience thanks to its nightlife, good food, monuments, ancient bakeries and the most famous and important outdoor market in Rome: Porta Portese. The space The independent and newly built apartment is located on the fifth floor with lift and 24-hour concierge. It is equipped with a balcony that overlooks the suggestive cloister inside the building. Access is fully automated, ensuring maximum autonomy and flexibility with check-in/out times. The supermarket is under the house and there are several gyms within walking distance. Minerva studio apt is well connected to the Trastevere station (5 minutes by feet) where you can take advantage of the connections to/from the "Fiumicino" airport (FCO). Under the house you will also find the Tram n.8 stop which connects to the city centre. Guest access The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and fitted with clean linens prior to your arrival. In compliance with the anti COVID 19 legislation, the whole apartment will be sanitized with specific products. Other things to note 1) Guests are required to present a valid identity document (ID for European, passport for not-European) for registration and communication to the Italian security authorities; 2)Final cleaning costs (€38) are included, therefore guests WON'T have to pay them at check-in in cash or through an airbnb additional payment; 3) additional cleanings, linens and towels services are available for a fee and upon request; 4) Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment and in the building; 5) We kindly ask you to leave the kitchen clean and in the tidy condition it was found upon check-in. 6) if you need a transfer to/from the apartment, please just let me know. I need just the arrival time, the flight number, the airport name and you will find a driver waiting for you at the airport with your name on a paper. the service fee is 60 for a sedan car, 65€ for a station wagon and 5€ more for night service from 22.00 to 06.00.
