Resort amenities inc restaurant, bar, children's in/outdoor play area & onsite shop. Guests benefit from complimentary access to the leisure & fitness centre, private parking & WiFi in the lodge. The lodge has 2 bedrooms & sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen inc dishwasher, washer/dryer & microwave, flat-screen TV, lounge/dining area & 1bathroom. The space The lodge is freshly decorated with brand new fitted kitchen, carpets and furniture throughout to create a stylish yet home from home feel. The living areas of the lodge are open plan so that all the family can enjoy and be together. The fully fitted kitchen has plenty of storage cupboards and drawers, integrated fridge and separate freezer, integrated dishwasher and washer / dryer, electric hob, oven and extractor. The lounge comprises of 2 Italian leather sofas with coffee table and a 42" HD TV with full internet access. The dining area seats up to 6 guests all with views in the direction of the lake. The bathroom comprises of a bath, electric shower, shaver point and mirror light and WC. The master bedroom has a king size bed with fitted wardrobe and dressing table, TV and mirror and uninterrupted countryside views. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with a fitted wardrobe and dressing table, TV and mirror and uninterrupted countryside views. The lodge also benefits from a storage cupboard located by the front door for storing those muddy shoes and coats. The private decking of the lodge can be directly accessed via the lounge patio doors or the outside of the lodge directly, here you can enjoy al fresco dining and drinks. Your stay includes the full use of the resorts swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, tennis court, bar, restaurant, children's play area's and evening entertainment. Lake watersports and a Spa are also available at an additional cost and can be booked directly when you are on site. There is a small on site shop which sells essentials to get you started and several large chain Supermarkets are located in Carnforth itself. Guest access You have exclusive use of the lodge and parking space and the immediate outside area. Any reservation is for the full use of our privately owned lodge at Pine Lake Resort which includes complimentary access to the leisure centre and all on-site facilities. We have no control of the on-site facilities and cannot guarantee or be held responsible for any closure/non admittance of any the facilities at Pine Lake Resort, as such no partial or full refunds will be issued if any resort facilities are not operating/closed. Other things to note The property mainly sleeps 4 (1 x king size and 2 singles) however there is also a pull out sofa bed for parties of 5 and a travel cot for small infants.
