Ecovillage is located on the paradisiacal beach of Juquehy, on the northern coast of São Paulo. The space is located within a gated community. The condominium is located 500 m² from the entrance to Juquehy. The Mirante Chalet is equipped with: - Air-conditioning, - Fan, - Queen-sized bed, - 32” TV with digital channels, - Refrigerator, - Cooktop with oven, - Microwave, - Blender, - Sandwich maker, - Coffee maker. The use of the swimming pool and sun loungers is shared with another chalet on the grounds. Other things to note We seek to provide a comfortable stay at a fair price, so that this is possible, we cordially ask that: - When leaving for the beach, please check if fan, air conditioning, tv, lights and other utensils are OFF! - At check-out relocate the seats, umbrella and coolers washed in their respective places. at check-out it is strictly necessary to leave the dishes washed and the garbage organized! - Always check at check-out if the electronics and lights are OFF! - The gate control and chalet key must be left inside the chalet, the activation of the gate for the guest's departure will be done by us via cell phone.
