Amazing countryside views ! Lovely walks around the area and wonderful beaches close by. Only 30 mins drive to the Eden Project and 10 mins drive to Watergate Bay Beach. Stylish lodge with lots of modern comforts and luxuries. Sleeps up to 8, in 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed. Beautiful open plan kitchen, dining & sitting room. The balcony is a great addition with superb views to enjoy with a coffee or glass of wine . Good Wifi speed for home working. Hot tub. Parking for 2-3 cars . The space Modern Lodge in the hamlet of Tregaswith, near Newquay and its beaches but away from all the hustle and bustle. Completed in 2022 the detached property is situated next to the old Farmhouse. 10 mins drive to a retail park with M&S home and food, Next, TK Maxx and more. Just off A39 so easily accessible but very peaceful. Great views from the living areas, look out for pheasants, horses, rabbits, sheep and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The house has 3 bedrooms; a master ensuite with super king bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The second bedroom can be made up as a king or as a twin, please let me know in advance if you have a preference. The third, smallest bedroom is a double with chest of drawers. This is an upside-down house in order for the living areas to have the best views so all bedrooms are on the ground floor along with a small utility room and family bathroom. Upstairs on the first floor is the open plan kitchen , dining and living areas with bifold doors going onto a full length balcony. There is a table for morning coffee on the balcony as well as a herb garden for guest use. There is also a useful upstairs WC and study area. 55" TV with Freeview and Alexa Dot. Driveway parking in front of the house for 2-3 vehicles. Rear garden with lovely stone wall and luxurious bubbling hot tub! Outside seating for 8 with fire pit table . Freshly made Cornish pasties are available at Cornish Premier Pasties a 3 minute drive away so you can get your pasty fill! We love the eateries and restaurants and Watergate Bay Hotel so they are well worth a visit. Watergate Bay Beach is a beautiful stretch of golden sand and clear water for swimming; honestly one of my favourite beaches in the county. Popular with surfers too. There are a number of National Trust sites in the vicinity, including Trerice (15 minute drive), Crantock Beach (20 minute drive) and Lanhydrock House (20 minute drive). Padstow is approximately a 20 minute drive away and well worth a visit. The Eden project is approximately a 30 minute drive and very popular with visitors. Guest access Entire property & garden for sole guest use. Other things to note Close to Newquay Airport so you will see some planes flying over head! The WIFI connection has just been upgraded (Jan 2026) so we now have a good speed to work from the property and do Teams calls etc. Speed test shows 787 Mbps download and 191 Mbps upload. There is a desk on the first floor. No hen / stag dos or parties , thank you for respecting this.
