General: This house is suitable for five people. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, and drinking parties is prohibited. This house is not rented to groups of young people under the age of 23. Pets are allowed (max. 2) at an additional cost.  A deposit is required. Please note: sheet and towel packages are not included. You can rent these for an additional fee. This property can only be booked for tourist purposes. There are no facilities at Deltona park.
