Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. This is a great lakeside home close to some of the best fishing spots on the lake. The lake has a sandy bottom where the kids can enjoy swimming or kayaking. Fish off the dock or bring your boat and enjoy the whole lake. It is only a 4 minute drive to the boat landing and bait shop. Launch your boat once and leave it on the boat lift. Boat to many waterfront restaurants or drive to many nearby restaurants and supper clubs. The space The home is on a level lakefront lot with beautiful views. Enjoy the firepit which is just steps off the lakefront or play outdoor games in the yard. Fantastic sunset views. Lake Poygan is connected to the Wolf River, Lake Winneconne, Lake Butte Morts and Lake Winnebago. Fish for walleye or take advantage of the white bass runs in the spring & fall. The home has a large master bedroom with a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed. A queen sized sofa sleeper is available in the living room. Sit at the indoor bar with lake views through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. A huge patio with a sitting area under a pergola, an outdoor dining table and a gas grill lets you take advantage of the outdoors. Guest access Guest have access to the full house including 2 bedrooms, a queen sofa sleeper in the living room, a kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room has a 65 inch 4K TV. The 2nd bedroom has a work space if you have to work remotely. The house also has a laundry area with a washer and dryer. There is a gas grill outdoors for cooking. Other things to note As with any outdoor locations in Wisconsin during the summer the mosquitos and bugs can be present especially at night time. We have added bug zappers, citronella candles and have a service spray the yard to help reduce the mosquitoes.
