We offer a recently renovated cottage. This is a large farmhouse located in a quiet village in the heart of the Mellois countryside. The house overlooks a large open meadow and not overlooked, ideal for a peaceful stay in the countryside. The space The house includes a large 52 m² living room including a kitchen open to a living-dining room, it opens onto a large terrace that is not overlooked. It is a very pleasant space offering the charm of the old with its exposed beams, stones, wood stove. On the ground floor, a corridor leads to two double bedrooms (12 and 15 m²) with 160 x 200 bed, a 12 m² bathroom (shower and bathtub), a toilet and a laundry room – underfloor heating. Upstairs: - A mezzanine leads to two double bedrooms of 14 m2 (160 x 200 bed) each as well as a quiet workspace. -A large 42 m² bedroom including a play area, TV, 2 bunk beds of 90 x 190 and a sofa bed for 1 person. - A 10 m² bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. - A separate toilet. The house is equipped with a large open barn, ideal for aperitifs in rainy weather and smokers. Parking is available in the inner courtyard. The outdoor space is great for all outdoor activities. (2 hectares of meadow) Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. Other things to note We have a family pond located a few km away, you are invited to enjoy it in summer if you wish. It is also possible to access by small footpaths: a tennis court, a shaded playground, a sports complex, a soccer stadium and hikes leading to the nearby Natura 2000 area.
