Close to Remiremont, lakes, ski slopes, and a stone's throw from the cycle path. Close to many restaurants and local shops, where you can discover the specialties of the region. For hiking enthusiasts, the trails of the Massif des Vosges offer breathtaking views of the surrounding nature, with trails suitable for all levels. The space This is an independent apartment, completely renovated, on the ground floor of our main residence, we are therefore quickly available for any requests. Perfect for a change of scenery, as a couple or with family, but also for a business trip. It is particularly warm and well equipped to make you feel at home, it can accommodate 4 people thanks to the sofa bed. All basic equipment such as efficient electric heating, wifi, Italian and Senseo coffee makers, chargers (Usb C/Lightning/Micro Usb), bed and bathroom linen, cutlery, toilet paper, coffee (in pods and ground), tea, oil, vinegar, sugar, honey, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, cleaning products are provided. Just so you can rest before having to think about going to the store. There is a travel cot with mattress and fitted sheet in the apartment, and baby equipment can be provided on request. (baby bath, high chair, etc.) It has a large bright living room, with sofa bed, television, fan, a work area/dining room table, opening onto an equipped kitchen with a dining area/bar for 4 people. A cozy bedroom with a 140x190 double bed and plenty of storage space, bed and bathroom linen are included in the price regardless of the number of people. A bathroom with shower, WC, vanity unit, towel dryer, drying rack, additional heating and hair dryer. A small laundry area with washing machine, possibility of using our dryer on request. There is also a shared interior courtyard as well as bicycle/motorcycle storage. The exterior part is not the best asset of this apartment, the house is currently being renovated. But it is still possible to enjoy the interior courtyard with the dining/barbecue area. Guest access Entire apartment with independent entrance with a small landing of a few steps, free private parking for two cars in front of the apartment, outdoor space to share. Possibility of parking motorcycles or bicycles in the garage. Arrival set at 5 p.m., but flexible depending on the cleaning to be done. Departures before 11 a.m. Other things to note This is an apartment in a rather quiet area but close to all amenities. Many outdoor activities are possible in the area, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, swimming in the numerous lakes and rivers, skiing in winter, tree climbing, water park, fishing, quad hiking, etc. Also perfect for biker friends who want to discover the Vosges passes, possibility of parking two motorcycles in the garage. Various equipment such as, electric dryer/fondue machine/pressure cooker/griddle/board games, etc. are available on request, do not hesitate to ask! Please do not smoke in the apartment.
