New, nice chalet at the top of Norefjell, ski in/out

Here you get a wonderful holiday in the mountains both winter and summer with ski in/out to alpine slopes (200m) and cross-country tracks as well as 100m to hiking trails. The cabin is perfect for two families with plenty of space and all the equipment you need. You are well shielded from the neighbors. 200 meters to the alpine resort and Norefjell Ski and Spa hotel. The space - Sleeps 12 people: - 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor.: A double bed, two family beds (150cm+90cm) and a bunk bed (2x90cm)) - TV room on the 2nd floor.: A double bed (140 cm) that is used as a sofa on a daily basis - Blackout roller blinds in all bedrooms and TV room. - Two bathrooms on the 1st floor. - Kitchen fully equipped incl. filter coffee and Nespresso machine. - Portable baby bed - Washing machine and dryer in the storage room with heating cables - Toys, games and children's books - Desk - Fireplace - Modern ventilation system that ensures the cabin maintains a comfortable temperature - Outdoor furniture on the terrace - Parking: Carport with charging box + two additional parking spaces behind this Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin. We want to rent to calm and clean people who want to take care of the cabin as if it were their own, and who leave the cabin as you want to find it. Final cleaning performed by a professional agency is mandatory and comes in addition, NOK 2,000. Other things to note The cabin is just far enough away from the Norefjell Ski and Spa hotel that you feel you have more privacy, but still so close that it is only a five-minute walk to the hotel. Here you will find everything from restaurants (incl. take away), swimming pool, hot tub, spa and spa treatments, indoor climbing wall, outdoor football pitch, rental of e-bikes, etc. In summer, it is also possible to swim in the water just below the hotel where there is a sandy beach and visit various farm animals. It only takes 5 minutes by car to Joker and 15 minutes to Noresund where you have Kiwi, Spar, Vinmonopol, the local sports shop, interior shop and a couple of take away/restaurant places. There is also an 18-hole golf course and several playgrounds at the school and kindergarten. You can swim in Krøderen and visit Villa Fridheim with various experiences and activities during summer. The amazing Bjørneparken on Flå is 50 minutes away from the cabin, and it is also not far to the nearest go cart track, climbing park and zipline.
