Nestled on the edge of White Western Lake, this duplex unit has everything you need to escape the city, all while maintaining proximity to a number of other desirable attractions such as the recreational bliss of Econfina Creek (approx. 12 mi), the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach (appox. 25 mi), and the otherworldly experience of the Florida Caverns (approx. 50 mi). Guests must be 25+ years of age or minors accompanied by an adult. The space This spacious unit unit features two bedrooms with queen beds, a full kitchenette that overlooks the lake through the open concept dining and living room space. Find your zen from the comfort of either private hot tub deck or bask in the sun in one of the backyard loungers. The decks offer breathtaking views of White Western Lake. This private-access, spring-fed lake is known for its clear body over a white sand bottom. The lack of public access allows for peaceful boating and enough fish to make an amateur feel like a pro. Four kayaks are provided to the collective property. Must be 25+ years of age to book! *Photo IDs and Hold Harmless Agreements required for all adult guests. *Propane tank not provided. *No washer/dryer 💥The hot tub is private to the Honey Hole. Guest access Hot tub is accessible to Honey Hole unit only (or to those who rent the entire house aka Fish Tale Cove) Other things to note Note that White Western Lake does not have boating restrictions, but small vessels are most suitable. There is no public access or boat ramp so if you are bringing your own vessel, it should be one you can launch without a ramp (ie jon boat). Age verification and light background check conducted by property management company. Must be 25+ years of age to book. Please be prepared provide photo IDs for all adult guests at the time of reservation request. A signed Hold Harmless is required for each adult guest. No parties/events.
