The space We have completely renovated this 65 m2 apartment, making it a cozy and warm place. Everything has been thought out to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay and feel at home. You have a separate entrance, it is through the back of the house. You will enter through the kitchen and take the hallway that leads to the bathroom equipped with a bathtub, separate toilet, bedroom and a large living/dining room where the sofa bed is located. You will find everything you need in the accommodation (soap, shampoo, hairdryer, basic necessities such as sugar, tea, coffee, oil, etc.) as well as a baby cot in the master bedroom. The washing machine is in the garage, you will have free access to it. Cultural visits (the National Centre of Stage Costume, the Anne-de-Beaujeu Museum, the Maison Mantin, the Cathedral, the historic district of Moulins, the Street Art City of Lurcy-Lévis, etc.), and activities with family or friends (bowling, paintball, cinema, theater, municipal swimming pool, relaxation area of the Hôtel de Paris, the racecourse, the shooting range, the Lurcy-Lévis circuit and its driving courses, etc.) will allow you to fully enjoy your stay. Finally, the marked hiking trails as well as the green slopes will immerse you in the heart of the Bourbon bocage. Guests enter the accommodation from the back of the house. (3rd French window) Other things to note 🚨 Please use the heater (reversible air conditioning) as appropriate. We see live, through an app, the activities of our various air conditioners (reversible). They are new, heat/cool very quickly and very well! Our house is very well insulated, and time slots for heating/air conditioning are pre-established as for us, and with the same values. Following the many abuses, beyond a certain temperature threshold, the air conditioners cut off. Cleaning fees 🧹 include: linen management, garbage management, maintenance, and disinfecting the property. We ask you to put away your dishes, empty the ashtray if you have used it and throw any trash in the trash before leaving the premises. 🍼 If you're bringing a baby, feel free to let us know. The kit is free (high chair, bathtub, bath cape, umbrella bed) and it will be installed for your arrival. 🚗 You have a shelter within the property to park your vehicle. 🔑 We have a lockbox in case we are not present at your arrival and/or departure. 🐾 It is possible that our 2 dogs are free in the garden (the latter is shared with us), in case of fear on your part, we will arrange for you not to cross paths with them. 😺🐓 Free-range hens and cats.
