Float house on the river Sava

This little gem is located in the green area of Ada Ciganlija only 20 minutes from the city center. The houseboat is designed as an oasis of peace in nature. The house offers all amenities, ideal for families and for couples as well. Water makes things even more beautiful:) It's necessary to respect the rules of the house and take care of the environment. Not recommended for people with aranchofobia** We recommend to get to the location by car or motocycle ** The space This property is created with love in order to comunicate with nature and Sava river. It is open space with a great waterfront living room, small and modern kitchen, bathroom, and gallery with a bed and work space. It owns outdoor kitchen, big table with chairs in the shadow , and spacious terrace with sunbeds. Parking is provided Guest access We recommend to use car to get to the location. Guests have access to the private garden and to the car park. The garden features a dining table, barbecue, games for children, a basketball hoop and much more. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT: Guest needs to pay entrance on resort Ada Ciganlia's gate 450,00rsd which is about 3,80 euros. Parking is provided. Boathouse has locker with a keys.
