Relax at this peaceful place to stay. Our family has spent many years relaxing and gathering in this home. We are just steps to the beach and Manhattan Beach strand where you can enjoy your morning walk or run with tasty breakfast places at the Manhattan Beach Pier. Fancy, casual and fun restaurants to dine or watch your favorite sports. Enjoy beautiful sunset walks that are a perfect finish to your day. The space Two bedroom, one kingsize bed and two twin beds. Upon request, the two twin beds can be joined to make a second kingsize bed. Two bathrooms, one full bath one with with shower. Guest access You may use the two driveway spaces. Please do not park right up to the garage doors, as the owner may need to access the garage occasionally. We will always do our best to give you advance notice via text or airbnb messaging. Other things to note Parking for two cars, but no garage access. No central heating or a/c, for heat, the gas fireplace is sufficient. The Pacific Ocean is our air conditioner! The house typically cools down at sunset to a nice comfortable temperature. Please use open windows and the fans to circulate the air during the day. The two bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a portable fan in the hall closet to help circulate the ocean air. THE SAND: Living at the beach means sandy feet. Please do your best to rinse sand off feet after a day at the beach...Please use the hose outside by the garage door to rinse your feet before entering the property.
