Welcome to your home away from home in superbly located Holder. With a lovely outlook to parkland across the road, the house is beautifully presented and provisioned with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Comprising of three bedrooms – two with queen beds and the third with two single beds (one is a king single), bathroom, separate toilet, laundry, kitchen, dining, lounge room, secure back yard and ample off street parking. The space Our bedrooms are beautifully presented and comfortable, with quality beds and linen. The house very comfortably accommodates six people. We are dog friendly and welcome people travelling with their pet dogs. Our yard is lovely and private with shady trees, and is completely secure. And in case you left a pet essential at home, there is a Petbarn 600m away at Cooleman Court. When you book please let us know if you are bringing a pet. There is a huge array of great walking trails close by for you as well as your four legged companion. And dogs are well looked after at local café’s with many outdoor seating areas that welcome your pooch to sit with you. Our guests are provided with a welcome refreshments on arrival including tea, coffee and milk. There is air conditioning in the lounge room only from a split system. Guest access Entire house to yourself and your group. There is a lock up garage however this is being used for storage by the owner and guest do not have access to this space. Our guests have the entire house which includes off street parking, single secure garage, the rear undercover alfresco area and secure and private rear yard. Other things to note The house has 5 stairs - with a handrail - up to the front entry but is completely level internally. A gardener attends every 2-4 weeks (depending on seasonal requirements) for grounds and garden maintenance. Guests should be aware that this may occur during their stay.
