Centrally located, with easy access to the Metro, and the well known delight , the buzzing Market. The high end locality is a tourist/ staycation’s / shoppers favourite. The premises are surrounded with a green belt of parks.. alive with regular activities. The space The Space: Located in Defence Colony you will get access to a private bedroom ( with a sit out balcony .. for the Peace Retreat and Cozy Room) and an attached washroom. Open space , natural light and ventilation. Eco- friendly , minimalist set up. Guest access Guest Access: Guests have access to the bedroom as shown in the listing. Smoking allowed in the balcony. Strictly no smoking within the bedroom . During your stay I am an easy going person who likes to connect . However, I give guests all the space and privacy they need. Communication - messaging . Guest Policy: Only booked guests listed in the original booking are permitted. All delivery service will be handled by the guest on the main gate. We do not allow strangers inside the premises. Gate is secured at 10.30 pm , ( flexible for arrivals/ departures). Id Requirement : As per Delhi regulations, only non- Delhi booking requests will be accepted. Other things to note Other Things to note: There are no AC charges . Mindful usage is requested. Any wastage will be charged at ₹ 100/ per day . We are a Homestay, kindly be careful with all utilities. Pay attention to the Description/Amenities/ Reviews/ House rules. We love to welcome guests who introduce themselves in the Enquiry Request and define the purpose of the stay, and the number of guests ( 1 or 2) to be confirmed. Breakfast and Meals : We offer a simple breakfast on a flexible basis. Swiggy, Zomato services are good. For home cooked meals , we can share the contact of Anuj Malik ( Amritsaya Foods), a trusted provider of fresh home cooked vegetarian Indian cuisine ( direct payment basis). No direct bookings : We accept online bookings on Airbnb only. Also any extension of bookings , will be on the Airbnb platform. Cleaning Service : Housekeeping is done every 3 days . Extra cleaning session can be arranged for a nominal additional charge. Laundry Service: The contact number of Laundry Service will be provided ( direct payment basis). Laundry service ( in house) is available as and when convenient… at ₹20/ per garment . Security Surveillance: Cameras (CCTV) are installed in the exterior gates , elevator entrance, main door entrance , exteriors only. Elevator and Stairs access: Elevator is available 24x7 ( except when routine servicing is scheduled.). The stairs are well lit .
