Shared hot water, independent heating, covered parking with elevator, and private ski box. Perfect for skiers, mountain lovers, or a relaxing alpine getaway with all comforts. The space The apartment has an entrance hall, living room with a linear kitchen, a sofa, and a foldaway double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, full bathroom with shower. The living room has a TV, a kitchen with electric hobs and a mini fridge. Heating is centralized and fully programmable (temperature, time slot). Kitchen equipment: plates, glasses, cups, pots and pans, colander, salad bowl, kettle, cutlery and cooking utensils, kitchen towels, tablecloth, cutting board, moka, coffee machine, dish soap and cleaning set. Oil, vinegar, coarse and fine salt, sugar, coffee, coffee capsules, tea and herbal tea. Bed equipment: pillows, sheets, duvets and additional blanket, carpet. Bathroom equipment: towel set (large, medium, small) for each guest, shower mat, toilet paper, hand soap, bubble bath, shampoo, phon. For stays longer than 5 days, an additional clean towel set is provided for each guest. Guest access Guests have full use of the apartment.
