The space A place dedicated to relaxation To ensure the tranquility of the property and the comfort of everyone, the house is exclusively intended for calm and relaxation. Parties and loud music are not allowed. A pet is allowed under certain conditions: • Do not let the dog get on the beds or sofas; • Do not leave your pet alone in the house; • Always pick up any droppings in the garden. A cleaning surcharge of €30 will be charged if a pet is brought. The exteriors The Mas has: • Ample free parking; • a lockable shed for motorcycles and bicycles; • An awning with a dartboard; • a courtyard that can be used as a boules court; • A badminton court; • a ping-pong table; • Two large, complementary terraces to fully enjoy the sunny days. The first terrace is dedicated to alfresco dining, featuring a large, convivial table and a plancha, perfect for enjoying good times over grilled dishes and summer meals. Swimming pool In the heart of the pine forest, a magnificent 14 x 6 m swimming pool awaits you near the playground. Depending on weather conditions, it is accessible from early May to late September. The pool is equipped with two compliant safety alarms designed to prevent any risk of falling or drowning. To ensure their effectiveness, they must be reset after each swim without fail. It is the tenants' responsibility to ensure that this discount is applied for the entire duration of the stay. Please ensure they are used properly for everyone's safety, especially children's.
