Other things to note PRIOR TO ARRIVAL : Request for payment of the tourist tax In compliance with the regulations of the City of Barcelona, guests of tourist accommodations must pay the corresponding tourist tax: Until March 31, 2026 €6.25 + VAT (10%) per adult (over 17 years old) per night, with a maximum of 7 days per stay. Starting April 1, 2026 €9.50 + VAT (10%) per adult (over 17 years of age) per night, with a maximum of 7 days per stay. CHECK- IN : Before your arrival we will contact you to coordinate your check-in. A member of our team will be waiting to show you the apartment, give you their keys, and help them with any questions. The standard of check in is from 3:00 pm to 21:00 pm.
