Guest Room With Private Entrance & Kitchenette

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Off street and private parking under surveillance for security. Dead-end private drive with private exterior entrance to room. Walmart, Home Depot short drive away. Easy access to freeway. The space King size bed with small table and chairs. New microwave and minifridge/freezer and coffee maker for your use. Ceiling fan. Bathroom with walk-in closet. Large backyard with covered porch and patio furniture. Large swimming pool available for use during summer months. Guest access Room has private exterior access with keypad. Guests are welcome to use the backyard, covered patio and pool in the summer months. During your stay We will be out and about and I'm sure we'll run into each other. Welcome to join us if we're in the backyard enjoying the patio and/or pool. Other things to note We have two very friendly dogs that use a doggie door inside the main house so you may receive a welcome bark or attempts to get you to play with them if they are outside. They of course will bark if someone knocks on our front door. I work from home but my office is upstairs and I will be very cautious of noise.
