A beautiful, quiet family neighbourhood less than an hour north of Toronto, not far off the 400. Minutes walk to public beaches, marina and park. Beautiful arboretum and golf course within a 2 minute drive. Great ice fishing and access to snowmobile trails. Enjoy the custom 10 foot harvest table for large groups and games. The space This cottage has enchanting 26 foot wood ceilings with plenty of natural light. On the main floor you will find the master bedroom with a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and large walk in closet. Upstairs are additional bedrooms and common area with comfortable queen sized pull out couch. Enjoy the soaker tub in the upstairs bathroom or rain shower. A beautiful area to relax. The main floor is a large open concept space for gathering and entertaining. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen for all of your meal prep and the large harvest table for dining. Plenty of seating in the living area and cozy cuddle chair is a great space to snuggle up. The fully finished basement has a 75 inch TV, lots of seating, a table for cards and games, as well as an air hockey table for entertainment and tournaments. Guest access Guests will access the whole cottage to themselves. Other things to note "R" Cottage is conveniently located within walking distance to public beaches/water access. The marina, boat launch and boat slips are within short walking distance as well. Local golf course and beautiful arboretum are 2 minute drives. 5 minute drive to Three Feather Terrace event hall. Short drive to other large public beaches as well. Just 10 minute drive to the Tanger Outlet Mall and 10 minute drive to No Frills, Canadian Tire, Starbucks, restaurants, and many other stores for your convenience. Ski hills and other local golf courses are accessible.
