What really makes this home unique is its large socializing spaces both inside and out. Offers 4 bedrooms with double beds in all.In addition, there are two floor mattresses. LOWER FLOOR: Kitchen: Here you will find a large complete kitchen with all the amenities such as a 90cm large stove and oven to be able to cook and enjoy meals together but also a cutting machine and wine cooler for extra luxury. Entire 3 food plastics indoors. At the entrance is a smaller residence that is rented out but nothing that affects the listing. There are 4 parking spaces, 3 belong to the property. The last one belongs to our regular tenants. Other things to note Bed linens and towels are not included!
