Clean, comfortable rooms. Huckleberry House is located 100 yds from an outstanding stretch of beach & ocean. Owners required to live on the premises in the main house which is separate from guesthouse. Two-minute trail from house to beach. Hot tub is available all year. A villa vibe with a fenced courtyard separating guest bedrooms from additional day-use guesthouse. Total pkg available for exclusive use by reserving guests. No sharing, and we will leave the lights on for you. The space The guest house is an open floor plan A-frame structure for entertaining and many daytime activities. TV, games and ping-pong table. It includes a dining area for 6, a full-size refrigerator, many small kitchen appliances and a small bathroom. There is no stove or oven. For privacy, the bedroom included with this package is located on the other side of the courtyard. It includes a large bathroom, additional kitchen appliances, a mini-refrigerator and extra linens and towels. We only rent to one group at a time, so no sharing with anyone not traveling with you. Guest access Bedroom is located on the ground level, and entrance is in back of the main house. Guest house has stairs and the only entry is from courtyard/patio area. Owners live on the top 2 floors of the main house.
