Fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, kettle & all utensils as well as a bright bathroom with walk-in shower and hairdryer are available and make the apartment also well suited for longer stays. Dish towels, dishcloths or sponges, kitchen roll and cleaning agents are also available. In the cozy living room there is a comfortable sofa bed that can be quickly converted into a cozy bed. For relaxing evenings, a flat-screen TV is available for you. The sunny balcony invites you to linger. Guest access The apartment is on the raised ground floor of an apartment building. An elevator is available, so that completely step-free access to the apartment can be granted. Access to the house is only possible for residents and guests with the appropriate key. Other things to note • Children of all ages are welcome! • Smoking is not permitted. • Pets are not allowed.
