Apartment built in 2023 in a separate part of the villa! Accommodates 2 adults, and one child. Large bathroom of 10 sqm, with sauna, bathtub, shower, wc and sink. Room of about 20 sqm with a double bed. All sheets and towels are included in the price. A sofa group and kitchenette are included. You will receive a code to the door by the host the day of your arrival. You can check in as late as you want. Also electric car charging box is available at a cost per kilowatt hour. Most of the lighting is dimmable. A patio on a covered porch is available. The space Inside the entrance door there is a hall of about 6 sqm for clothes and bags. There are also linen cabinets with bed sets, towels and cleaning equipment. Between the guests' entrance, and rooms there is a boiler room with electric central. This may need to be accessed by the host if needed. The room that is rented is about 20 sqm. Has one 160 cm wide bed for 2 Adults, and one floor mattress for one child is available. There is a door as an emergency exit, or to air out. There is a sofa group for 3 people. 40-inch TV with Swedish channels 1 and 2. Also a Chrome cast is plugged in. Under TV is a sound bar to play music from your own device via bluetooth. At the other end of the room there is a kitchenette. 2 recessed induction hobs, a microwave, fridge and coffee maker. The room has good ventilation with the supply air above the bed, and exhaust devices in the bathroom. The bathroom is about 10 sqm. A nice sauna that is spacious and overlooks the garden. There is a bathtub, shower, wc and sink. Washing machine may be available if you stay a week or more, check with the host before. A furnished veranda outdoors under the roof is available right at the entrance. This can also be used by the host. When you arrive, there is a binder with practical information about the accommodation, please read it directly upon arrival. Guest access You will live in all the spaces yourself. But the host may need access to the boiler room where the power station is also located. From the rooms that are rented, there are doors to the garage, and also to the host's spaces. These will be locked, and also often alarmed. Check-in and checkout times can be flexible. Check with the host for your exact date.
