You will be very comfortable in this condo with its new, modern three piece leather sofa group, Samsung 65" 4k TV, an expansive wood and quartz island with seating for three, a separate dining room that seats 6-10 and two full baths with essentials. The master suite has a king bed and two bedside tables with usb ports and full size dresser with mirror and a Samsung 65” 4K TV. There are two large closets and a private bath with Roman tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed with tall dresser, side table and large closet. The third bedroom is configured more as an office with desk and external monitor - but does have a Captain day bed (twin) with shelving and a large closet. This configuration easily accommodates 2-4 people with an occasional guest. Other amenities include a Samsung gas air-fryer range, 36" French door style refrigerator and plenty of cabinet storage with fully stocked kitchen essentials. There is also a small bar area with glassware and an integrated 24 bottle wine cooler. There is a separate laundry room featuring stacked full size Samsung W/D units and a laundry folding counter. Entering the luxurious waterfront community, "Grand Venezia" from Bellaire Road just off of Rte 19 in Clearwater, Florida, you will arrive at the Bay Watch 24/7 gatehouse. Once you pass through the wrought iron gates and stone carved signs, the Villa Rialto $2M clubhouse reveals its opulent self, surrounded in lush vegetation and palm trees. The entire community is beautifully landscaped and tropical. The clubhouse offers a large resort style geo-thermal pool, Jacuzzi, 24/7 fitness room with cardio and strength training equipment and business center. The property has a cobblestone lighted walking path along the waterfront where you will find comfortable seating in the gazebos, park benches to stop and enjoy the water views, fire pits for gathering and picnic tables outside each building with charcoal grills cleaned daily by staff. Within 30 minutes of St. Petersburg, aquarium, museums and sports stadiums. Other things to note There are NO ELEVATORS in any of the buildings. Dolphin Point is on the 3rd floor. There is plenty of unassigned parking. Storage for your bicycles/kayaks/paddleboards, etc in the attached garage. Dedicated parking spot in front of garage. Additional Fees: Pet Fee: $100.00 Cleaning Fee: $150.00 Management Fee: $150.00 (Lease Application paid directly by the guest) MINIMUM STAY IS 30 DAYS (the condo association enforces this rule). The COA also requires each adult or married couple must submit a online lease application and pay the $150 fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund if cancelled 60 days before check in date. 50% refund if cancelled 30 days before check in date. NO Refund if you cancel less than 30 days before your check in date.
