The space Meeresgeflüster is a quiet apartment for one or two adults, located on the ground floor with its own private entrance (one step). The apartment is intentionally compact and designed for rest and retreat. The space follows a clear and reduced concept, focusing on calm rather than a traditional living room setting. The sleeping area features a double bed (180 × 200 cm / 71 × 79 in) and blackout options for restful sleep. The kitchenette includes: 2-burner cooktop mini oven microwave refrigerator with freezer compartment kettle and coffee maker cookware and basic supplies The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, window, towels, and hair dryer. Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and free parking on the property are provided. Outdoor area A private terrace with seating belongs to the apartment and offers views into the garden and surrounding landscape towards the Salzhaff. It is a quiet place to sit, read, and slow down. Wellness area (optional) The wellness area is located separately on the property and includes: sauna heated hot tub (38 °C / 100 °F) Use of the spa area is optional and can be booked for private time slots: exclusive use during your reserved time As the spa area may also be used by other guests at different times, booking in advance is required. Access and check-in The apartment is accessed contact-free via a key safe located directly at the entrance. You will receive the access code before arrival, allowing flexible and relaxed check-in. Other things to note The apartment is deliberately small and very quiet. There is no separate living room with a sofa, only a dining counter with bar stools. Due to its quiet rural location, it is especially suitable for guests seeking nature, rest, and distance from busy environments. Guest access The spa area is located further down the garden with open views into the surrounding greenery and towards the Salzhaff. The spa area is especially popular in the cooler months and in the evening. Access to the apartment The apartment is accessed contact-free via a key safe located directly at the apartment. You will receive the access code shortly before arrival. This allows for a flexible and relaxed check-in. Other things to note The wellness area with sauna and year-round heated hot tub is located on the property and can be booked separately. Use is exclusive and reserved in private time slots of 2 hours. Price: €40 per time slot. Reservation is possible before or during your stay.
