Excellent child & pet-friendly vacation home

The house is reserved for guests who want to spend their vacation with us. Bookings by companies for fitters are undesirable and will be canceled. The newly renovated single-family house is in the heart of a small village in Upper Franconia near Bamberg. It is perfect for families with kids (sleeps 6) & pets. In 15 minutes you can reach the city center of Bamberg. It is very idyllic to walk around the nearby lakes & visit the two local playgrounds. The space Next to it is a fenced (1.20 m) small garden. Guest access Approximately 1.5 km away is a swimming lake and a well-known restaurant where you can eat delicious Franconian dishes. The bakery is 300 m and the beer garden is 200 m from the house. Other things to note Bookings by companies/fitters are not desired and will be canceled. Pets are very welcome. These are charged separately at 7.00 euros/night/per animal, as the cleaning effort is higher. Unfortunately, these fees cannot be included in Airbnb. These can be paid locally. From the 5th person (babies/toddlers included), each additional person costs EUR 20.00/per night/per person. Barbecuing is not allowed.
