A luminous apartment on the 1st floor of our 1930s renovated apart-hotel, right in the heart of Kerameikos, 5 mins from Metro. The high ceilings and the parquet wooden floors give the essence of how traditional Athenian homes used to be. The smart lock will allow you via electronic key (bluetooth enabled mobile required) to enter the apartment at any time. The space Colorful, with a deluxe mattress in the bedroom and an extra large sofa/bed for 2 additional adults. The bedroom's en suite wc/shower and the second wc/shower will provide to the 4 guests the necessary privacy. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, as well as an espresso machine, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and an electrical kettle. The dining table for 4 people is all you need to serve your breakfast, lunch or meal. The washing/drying machine will prove to be your best friend, especially if you are coming from an island and your clothes still have the essence of the sea! Guest access All guests can access the main lobby and the backyard at any time. Access to the rooftop is restricted only to personnel. Other things to note COVID-19 RELATED INFORMATION - Like for all Licensed Apartments Hotel, during Check-In or prior to that, all guests must provide their basic communication data in the relevant form we provide. This is mandatory by the Operational Protocols of the Greek Ministry of Tourism due to Covid-19 and are necessary for tracing by the national authorities in case of a Covid-19 infection. - The building is of usage only by 4 apartments in total. This means there is enough space for the appropriate distancing in the common areas (entrance, corridors, staircase, main lobby and backyard). - All common areas are sanitized on a daily basis. - Luggage drop off is temporary possible only under specific circumstances following a previous agreement and for a limited amount of hours.
