This fantastic apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a bunk bed, a full bathroom, a living room with a television, sofa, dining peninsula, a full kitchenette and a balcony in the back. It has free Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning in the double bedroom and living room. It is a 10-minute walk to Campanhã and Campo 24 Agosto metro stations. Free street parking is available. The space The accommodation is equipped with a self check-in system. Although guests can enter on their own, we are always available by message for whatever they need. The apartment is located in the center of Porto, a 10-minute walk from Campanhã and Campo 24 Agosto metro stations (more or less halfway between the two). If you are coming to the apartment, we recommend Campo 24 Agosto metro station; if you are leaving the apartment, we recommend Campanhã metro station. That way, you'll mostly be going downhill. Breakfast and other meals are not included. Guest access Bed sheets, duvet and bath towels are included. The apartment has a hairdryer, iron and ironing board. It has a Nespresso coffee machine. We leave 5 coffee capsules, 2 bottles of water, teas and sugar. We don't leave oil, olive oil, or food, but we do leave spices like oregano, pepper, and salt. It does not have Netflix. Please be advised that for short stays (up to 4 nights), we do not usually replace towels. This practice is common in hotels, but in tourist apartments we follow a different, more sustainable and environmentally friendly policy. The daily change of towels implies a high consumption of water and energy, with a significant impact on the planet. For stays longer than 4 nights, guests may request a change of towels, provided the request is made at least one day in advance. Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation. Please be respectful of the following guests, as the smell of tobacco is very difficult to remove. Violation of this rule carries a penalty of 50€. The house has a 100-liter hot water cylinder. It's about 17 minutes of consecutive use. While using the hot water, the cylinder fills with cold water, and it takes about 2 hours to reheat the water. Save water today, so we all have it tomorrow. Don't spend more than you need. Be responsible, protect the environment and the planet. Free parking is available on the street. However, parking on public roads is something over which we have no control or responsibility. Where possible, we recommend the use of paid or guarded parking lots, which offer better security conditions. Any situation or incident related to parking (in parks or public roads) is the sole responsibility of the driver, and we can only help by giving information about places where it is possible to park. **** Important Notice - Building Rules **** Please be reminded that smoking and throwing cigarettes or garbage out the windows is not permitted.
