Sail Away is a modern, comfortable townhouse set in a beautiful position literally next to and overlooking a tranquil corner of Sovereign Harbour near Eastbourne. The house is set over three floors and sleeps up to five people. It has a lovely decked terrace with views over the marina, plus another balcony off the first floor lounge where you can also enjoy the water views. There is off street parking for one car, WiFi, and towels/linen are provided. The house sleeps up to 5 across 3 bedrooms, with additional space for a travel cot (which we are happy to provide free of charge). You have a private south-facing garden terrace with table and chairs which is a wonderful spot to relax after a day exploring the many sights and beach nearby. The master bedroom has fabulous views over the marina and there is an ensuite shower room. There is also the family bathroom with bath and shower over. The first floor has a bedroom with bunk beds and with fitted wardrobes, plus there is another single bedroom, so up to five can sleep in these permanent beds, and we can provide a small extra mattress (suitable for a small child age up to five), for families of six. The lounge has French doors opening on to a private balcony overlooking the marina. Downstairs is the modern dining kitchen, with views over the harbour and doors opening up to your garden. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer dryer and plenty of cooking equipment. One small adult dog which has been spayed / neutered will be considered (supplement applies). There are many cafes, restaurants and bars in the Waterfront area of Sovereign Harbour, which is just a short stroll away, and should you fancy heading further afield, the culture and shopping in Eastbourne is just an hour’s walk along the promenade or a quick 10 minute drive. Sovereign Harbour also has its own retail park, complete with a giant Asda supermarket, Boots pharmacy and various shops, including Next, TK Maxx and Sports Direct. You can easily hop on a bus to get to and from Sovereign Harbour from Eastbourne. Eastbourne has direct train links to London, Gatwick Airport, Bright and Ashford International.
