Be our guest! Enjoy a private, peaceful home-away-from-home with extra space to work, play or relax in our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom guesthouse. Located on a hill near Lake Sammamish, you'll have easy driving access to I-90 or 520 and a short walk or drive to the East Lake Sammamish Trail with miles of beautiful trails for walking, biking, running. The space Whether alone on a work trip or traveling with family, the whole house is yours with plenty of space to relax. It’s quiet, cozy and peaceful, 30 minutes to Seattle and a short drive to shopping/dining, Bellevue, Microsoft, and local conveniences — Marymoor Park, Whole Foods, PCC, Trader Joe’s, Costco, Target, Fred Meyer. Wineries in Woodinville are 10 miles away. Enjoy skiing and hiking in the nearby Cascade Mountains. Main floor open concept kitchen, dining, living with Natuzzi sectional for relaxing, watching TV. Kitchen with all necessities, counter height dining and two additional pop-up tables for extra seating. Workspace in primary bedroom with large desk & monitor. Lower level family room with reclining loveseats, TV, sofa, table and cozy gas fireplace. Both TVs provide streaming services with Amazon Prime. Netflix, Hulu, etc... are available for your sign in. Three furnished bedrooms, two full bathrooms. The third bedroom with a queen has the option for an additional twin bed -- **please request the extra twin if needed.** Laundry area with washer and dryer on the lower level. We live next door and look forward to making your stay as comfortable as possible. Please reach out with any questions! Guest access The driveway and circular gravel turnaround offer plenty of parking. The garage is not accessible to guests. For long-term rentals, please inquire for garage use. Other things to note 📺 The TVs on the main floor and lower level offer streaming services with Amazon Prime. Netflix, hulu, etc... available for your sign in. ⚠️ The wood trim on the entry sidewalk and the deck off of the living room may have slippery cedar or composite boards when wet. Please use caution. 🛏️ Extra twin bed: Available upon request for set up in the 3rd bedroom or upstairs primary bedroom. 🗑️ To help keep the drains clear, please dispose of food scraps and waste in the garbage prior to rinsing dishes off in the sink.
